Credit Card Orders:

US Orders: The moment your credit card order is successfully submitted to our system, the card will be charged. It may take up to 5 days for the transaction to hit your statement. If your "ship to" address is different than your "bill to" address, we reserve the right to confirm the addresses via email, telephone or otherwise, prior to shipping your order. If we are not comfortable with the information you provide, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the funds back to your card in full.

Overseas Orders (non-US Orders): Because of increased credit card fraud, our credit card processing company does not allow us to accept non-US bank issued credit cards. Once we have done business with, and establish an on-going, successful relationship with an individual or company located outside the US, we may agree to accept a valid credit card for goods ordered. However, you must always first place your order using Check/Money Order or Invoice as the Method of Payment. In the Comments box, you may alert us that you wish to pay by credit card and we will contact you by email to discuss available methods of payment.

Other payment methods that you may consider if you do not have a US based credit card, are Bank Wire, Western Union and PayPal if available.

Out of Stock Policy: We will notify you via e-mail or telephone if the item ordered is out-of-stock or backordered.

Processing of Orders and Shipping: We ship most orders within 3 days from the receipt of a valid order. The preparation of complete systems requires numerous steps, which may include hardware assembly and configuration, software installation and testing, final quality control testing and packaging. This can take up to a week or more. Please notify us at the time of the order, of any special delivery timeframe considerations so we can expedite your order if necessary. Most DIY VIN Etch Kits will be processed within 3 days and will normally ship via US First Class Mail for arrival at your address in 5 or 6 days from placing the order.

Insuring Shipments: All orders are "F.O.B. SP PP & Add" meaning that the ownership of the product(s) passes from us to the customer the moment the items are received by the carrier.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are charged at the time of order and may include a handling charge to cover the cost of packaging materials. On high dollar shipments (over $100.00) we generally purchases declared value insurance through the carrier to cover the cost of the goods should the shipment be irrecoverably lost. Please contact us as soon as you suspect a purchase may be lost in transit and we will assist you in any carrier claim process.

Return Policy: We offer a Money Back Guarantee on every product we sell, except for software, pre-printed stencils and custom designed labels and stickers. We pride ourselves on treating our customers, as we would desire to be treated. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with an order you have received from us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we state otherwise in writing. On certain items such as complete systems,there may be a 25% restocking charge.

Warranty: Most hardware products offered by us carry up to a one-year warranty for replacement or repair at our option.
