No "Laptop" or PC required... Use this Palm OS based handheld PDA instead.
System components - Portable, Palm Powered PDA hand held computer. Identical in functionality to our more expensive Palm Powered systems but without the built-in scanner. This unit will not scan barcodes.
Easy to use Walk up to the vehicle to record the VIN by tapping in the VIN using the on-screen virtual keyboard and the included stylus.
Eliminate transcription errors and validate the VIN at the same time with Mark-N-Gards proprietary VINWare validation software. Records multiple Vehicle ID numbers at a time and handles non-standard ID numbers for antique autos and custom imports.
Includes a Quick Restore feature in case of system reset or battery failure.
Automatically prints the correct number of etch stencils for each vehicle using the supplied dot-matrix printer and the built-in infrared port.
Use built-in applications like Address Book, Calendar, Memo Pad and Calculator to help manage your busy schedule and job activities. Automatically synchronize Address Book, Calendar and other entries with Palm Desktop application
